I rented my first unit storage unit in April and it went super smooth and good price! Troy is easy to work with and very patient! Today I had to quickly rent 2 more units for an emergency and Troy responded quickly and assisted me with both! The units are newer so sure they are clean but the access is great! The only thing bad is prices already went up but do available units! I would recommend Vista storage to anyone on the west side. Best experience I have ever had with renting a unit!“

Great place to rent! Clean! Had access to my unit the day of. Wanted to move to a larger unit and Troy was super helpful and flexible. Was willing to help me on a holiday while he was involved in a game of golf. Troy is very pleasant and easy to converse with. Over all a grand experience thus far. #1 recommend. 💯
Rented at SROA for over 6 years and the experiences I’ve had with the managers at the Kalamazoo and Portage locations with in the last year has caused me to change companies. Highly unsavory. NEVER rent from SROA.“

Getting set up with Troy was an absolute breeze and he gave me half off my first month! Super easy to come and go when needed, facilities are clean and well-managed. There are a variety of sizes available to rent. This was my first experience renting a storage unit and I have absolutely no complaints.
